Ancient New Codes II

New Codes series originated from my method of “calligraphic” painting: using spontaneous drawing, and also ancient rock art designs to evoke a primal mode of communication. Pictographic language is both very old and universal kind of communication that allowed the first humans to generate the codes that would later develop in to a writing system. Doing these painting I feel that I am developing my own new magical codes as part of an experience of communication.
